How Zaccheus Miles is Merging Luxury and Innovation to Redefine Fashion
In the world of fashion, creativity often emerges from unexpected beginnings. For Zaccheus Miles, his journey started with two tools that seemed worlds apart: a VHS camcorder and a sewing machine. "My grandfather was a quartet singer," he recalls. "When he passed away, my father gave me his camcorder. I wanted to play around with it, and from there I started exploring production." The creative spark ignited by that camcorder would eventually merge with a passion for sewing, laying the groundwork for a multi-faceted career that transcends industries.
From humble beginnings creating bowties to now building a global empire, he has proven himself as a master of reinvention. "When I started making bowties in 2007/2008, it was really because I couldn’t find the styles I wanted," he explains. "There weren’t a lot of creative options for men’s accessories back then, especially pieces with bold colors, patterns, and unique materials." What began as a personal project evolved as he started designing for others, especially within his church community. Soon after, he expanded into clothing design, creating custom formal wear for proms, weddings, and other special occasions. This shift marked the early stages of a vision to build a legacy brand that would outlive him. "I always dreamed of being like Balmain or Chanel," he says. "I wanted my designs to shift the flow of fashion and stand the test of time."
This vision materialized with the evolution of Maison Zaccheus Miles, a couture brand specializing in custom neckwear and prestige apparel. His pieces have been worn on national television and showcased on global platforms. For him, this reintroduction is more than just fashion; it’s an invitation for clients to experience custom craftsmanship that exudes exclusivity and power.
However, creativity isn't confined to clothing. As the founder of Augusta Fashion Week and the ZM Fashion & Beauty Trunk Show, he carved out spaces for creatives in Augusta, Georgia, to connect with broader markets. "Augusta is often seen as a small town, and creatives typically have to move away to gain exposure," he explains. "I wanted to create something that gave local talent a platform to showcase their skills, whether they were models, designers, or even part of production." The event not only introduced local creatives to industry leaders but also fostered a sense of community.
"We haven’t had Augusta Fashion Week since the pandemic," he shares. "But I’m excited to announce plans to bring it back in 2025 or 2026. There’s so much untapped talent in Augusta, and I want to help connect those creatives to global opportunities."
His desire to bridge connections between small-town creatives and larger markets inspired his next venture: Signed Luxe Agency, a luxury concierge agency. Starting in Georgia and Texas, Signed Luxe Agency expanded rapidly, serving clients in Los Angeles, New York City, Houston, and even Paris. "We offered everything from private transportation to event management and public relations," he says. "Our focus was providing personalized services that met high standards of luxury and convenience."
In 2024, he debuted the ZM Experience during New York Fashion Week, merging his fashion expertise with luxury activations. Through a partnership with Signed Luxe Agency x Zaccheus Miles Group (ZMG), he collaborated with prominent brands like Visa, Jo Malone London, and Dillard’s while working alongside nationally recognized talent. His influence continued to expand as he earned an Associate TV Producer credit for The Cheryl and Vicki Show from January to July 2024. "That experience reignited my creative flow for writing and production," he reflects. "It was an exciting opportunity to merge my storytelling background with visual media."

Despite these achievements, he remains committed to the core values that shaped his journey: precision, innovation, and intentionality. "My process is still evolving," he admits. "Every day, I’m refining systems and processes to ensure my work meets the highest standards." Research plays a key role in his approach, allowing him to stay ahead of trends while maintaining a timeless appeal. "I like to embrace change," he says. "Staying aware of shifting trends allows me to keep my designs and productions fresh, relevant, and impactful."
For him, the title Zacc of All Trades isn’t just a clever moniker — it’s a reflection of his boundless curiosity and adaptability. Whether designing couture garments, producing television content, or building luxury experiences, his ability to merge creativity with strategy continues to set him apart. "Once you understand the foundation of how things work," he says, "you can apply those skills anywhere."
With Maison Zaccheus Miles growing in global recognition, Augusta Fashion Week poised for a powerful return, and new creative ventures constantly emerging, he is proving that his vision — one born from a camcorder and a sewing machine — is destined to leave a lasting legacy. "I want to create something that continues to evolve," he says. "Something that speaks to generations long after I'm gone."
